Please note: Completing this registration form will place you on a waiting list, as this class is currently full.

Bento bags, also known as azuma bukuro, are popular in Japan, where they are used as lunch bags, gift wrapping, produce sacks and more. Join us on 9/26, and learn how to make 2-3 different styles of bento bag with instructor Afton Salas. BYO fabric if you want (half a yard should do; bring more if you'd like to make more than one bag), or use some of our stash.

Note: Please sign up for ONLY the number of machines you/your party will need. (So if you're a mom and you're bringing two kiddos--but you all plan to share a machine--you need only sign up for one spot.)

This class is FREE, and supplies--even sewing machines!--are included. This offering is brought to you by Common Threads, NKCPL's makerspace for sewing and textiles.
