ZOOM Event // Mindfulness & Relaxation During COVID @ 1 pm

If you're feeling extra stressed of late--well, you're clearly not alone. But you may be interested in learning more about mindfulness, a tool you can use to quiet your mind and enhance your sense of clarity and focus, especially when you're under stress. If so, join older adult educator Becky Franklin for a Zoom session on building your own mindfulness practice during this challenging time. This is the second session in a 3-part Zoom series called Self-Care During COVID.
