It's back! NKCPL's sewing room, located on the building's lower level, is offering sewing classes and workshops again. Classes are currently limited to 8 participants at a time, so if you're interested in joining a session, snag your spot early! Please read on for class info below.

This class is for beginners, and/or anyone hoping to brush up on their machine skills after a pandemic pause! Instructor Patty Ibarra will walk you through the basics of winding your bobbin and threading your machine. You'll learn about the different tools in your sewing toolkit, and get started on a small project.
This class starts at 6 pm, and will last a couple of hours, depending on how quickly you finish. Supplies are provided! Questions? Email abrown@nkcpl.org.
