We did it again! NKCPL earns 4 stars in 2018 ranking

North Kansas City Public Library has again ranked highly, earning four stars (out of a possible five), in Library Journal’s Index of Public Library Service, an annual ranking. The Library Journal index compares public libraries in America with their spending peers based on the following per capita statistics: circulation, library visits, program attendance, public Internet computer use, and circulation of electronic materials, and this is the 8th year in a row that NKCPL has won an America's Star Library award. Like last year, NKCPL is one of just six libraries in the state of Missouri to earn an index ranking. Notably, of those six libraries, NKCPL earned the highest marks this year. Thank you to all our patrons, whose Library use has once again helped us score highly. It's a pleasure to serve you, our amazing library community!
